Millrace v0.22.2 has an immutable source release, but the public install-to-demo journey remains in development until clean platform qualification is recorded.

What is known
The current manifest identifies millrace-ai version 0.22.2, published from the v0.22.2 tag at commit b84f50da9b0f07ce4964f61dd69feb548e2ef754. The tagged README documents Linux, macOS, and WSL as supported environments, while the source docs describe a Python 3.11-or-newer base runtime and a Python 3.12-or-newer dependency bundle.
The dependency-only millrace 0.22.2 bundle is also published. It pins millrace-ai 0.22.2, millrace-plus 0.22.2, and millforge 0.1.0.
Those are release and documentation facts. The site also carries one narrow released-wheel Simple Loop receipt, but neither item is a cross-platform clean-install receipt for this launch.
What is not authorized yet
The public launch manifest does not currently authorize an install command, a one-command demo, or a platform-specific promise. The published artifact digest is recorded, but clean-install and behavior qualification receipts are still needed to turn the documented path into a public action.

The gate
An install page can become actionable after the release artifact, package pins, platform matrix, command outcome, expected artifacts, and rollback evidence are captured together. Until then, Millrace publishes the boundary instead of making a guess.
